Description
Tall and straight tree reaching 100 feet or more. Glossy green 1-2 inch needles, 2-4 inch cones. Named by David Douglas for it’s great height. Excellent symmetry in the landscape when there is room for it to grow to maturity. Native Americans used it’s bark for canoes, and it’s wood for fishing hooks. Strong needle retention, along with lovely fragrance makes the Grand Fir a premium Christmas tree!
